I am halfway through reading this one. I will revisit for the remaining part of this long newsletter, Your notes are a compendium of the books, which makes it easier to grasp the concept of the books.
Being a parent, I can relate to how shifting to another location is always a challenge till our kids get settled (direction).
Delhi, compared to Bangalore, definitely scores a negative when it comes to climate/weather or pollution. But not everyone is shifting to Bangalore; Delhi/NCR still hold strong in terms of Start-ups.
Love the title of your biography, "Bandra to Bhangel".
Hi Sajith, was going through your book notes. Really insightful. Do you think concentration and diversification are at odds with each other as an investment strategy?
Many congratulations on the success of the Blume Indus Valley Report. I've been following the reports for the last few years and find them to be excellent documentation of India and its growth story. As a policy professional the section on Macro on India is always a great read. While I understand you'll have a specific audience in mind, I believe the breadth of the report will keep engaging new readers as the interest in India widens. Perhaps you'll will have equal readers in DC and Delhi and Bangalor,e and Brooklyn. My only submission is please do not tame down the policy and macroeconomic research section cause of the potential political (mis)presentation of the analysis. A lot of us in the policy sector learn from it, and it's a great resource. I will look forward to reading future editions of it.

I dont know how to answer that question really. Not an expert on this, but excessive diversification is clearly the enemy of great returns.
